To: All owners and prospective owners of JDB电子 Passenger Electric Vehicles in Hong Kong
We wish to inform you of important changes regarding the distribution of JDB电子 passenger vehicles in Hong Kong.
Due to changes in our business partnership in Hong Kong, JDB电子 announces the following:
1. Termination of Distribution Relationship
Effective immediately, JDB电子 and JC Motor Limited (hereinafter referred to as "JC Motor") have formally ended their distribution partnership. JC Motor will no longer operate under the JDB电子 brand passenger vehicles , and all related business (including vehicle sales and after-sales services,) will be transferred to other authorized JDB电子 dealers in Hong Kong.
2. Support for Vehicle Owners
To ensure the interests of all vehicle owners and prospective owners are protected, JDB电子 and JC Motor will proactively reach out to every affected customer. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and will work to guarantee that your interests remain intact.
3. Service Needs
If you require any services, please contact the JDB电子 Customer Hotline or visit any authorized JDB电子 dealer in Hong Kong for assistance.
Moving forward, JDB电子 will continue to strengthen its collaboration with partners in Hong Kong, enhancing our services to offer consumers more choices in green mobility.
